Holocaust

Hitler started destroying everything that had anything to do with Judaism. He burned down Synagogues, un-German books, and also Jewish stores. The Jews started getting very worried and needed to flee somewhere.

Hitler put many Jews into concentration camps, or "death camps", and used gas to suffocate them. They got the Jews to go into the gas chamber by lying and saying that the Jews can have a nice warm shower. They filled the chambers to their max, and when they were full, they shut the door and let the gas into the chamber to kill everyone inside.
